Rules and conditions of entry

  1. The Promotion commences on 1st July 2007 and closes on 30th September 2007. (“Promotion Period”)
  2. Entry is open to all Registered Chameleon
  3. Talent Only verified referrals will be considered during the final count
  4. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  5. No correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Voucher winners will be randomly selected at the end of the promotion from the collective database based on the criteria
  7. Winners will be notified in writing, email and published on the Chameleon website before 7 October 2007 and must be claimed within three months from 7 October 2007.
  8. Any unclaimed prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw on 7 January 2008 to distribute the prizes if they are unclaimed by that date.
  9. The location where the prize can be collected will be communicated to the winner
  10. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
